Extremely helpful and patient staff during our stay. Super and amazing breakfast with plenty of food options.

Beds were a little hard.

The location is close to the city center and main train station. The staff is very attentive. Amenities like central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television are available in the twin room.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a RELAXING stay of three nights. The restaurant was reasonably priced at top floor, I tried appetising dishes.

The hotel's location near a tram stop was fantastic and the staff were wonderful.

Free parking and delicious breakfast for vegetarians. Well-appointed rooms with good beds, peaceful stay. - Location near trams stop outside for the Peace Park, the restaurant, and all famous sightseeing spots.

For the price the room is already very familiar and the climate cannot be used for cooling in winter.

Nice spacious room, bathtub at the window, super service (English), Internet was partly slow, was immediately fixed with additional router (first class)

The breakfast was fantastic with breathtaking views, and the food was exceptional, plus the standard room was spacious and impressive, featuring a large bathroom.

It was in a particularly good location minute walk from Ikime Hachimangu Shrine. Liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Everything was perfect and the staff was attentive. The breakfasts were marvellous and reasonably priced.

The food was good with a good choice of alternatives. The location next to a convenience store was comfy and perfect. It was just off the Shinkansen train station, the center of Nagasaki, and buses and trams.

The breakfast was super and amazing with perfect view and Western dishes, as for instance, and the facilities were GOOD.

Nothing that i didnt like.

The building is well-maintained, with spacious rooms, and the staff is friendly and efficient, offering on-site parking assistance.

Nice room, ours was on the 14th floor which gave us a great view over Nagasaki. Super central location

We didn't like breakfast that much. We cannot recommend the restaurant The Kitchen.

We dined at an excellent restaurant on the top floor conveniently located within walking distance of Mirai Nagasaki Cocowalk.

The location is perfect, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. The airport bus also leaves directly in front of the hotel (cost 900¥). Breakfast (European & Japanese) leaves nothing to be desired and is very extensive. Room is very large and has European standard. The hotel can be highly recommended.
